a few questions ..

I just had a few questions about tattooing. I've never had it done before, and I am wanting to get a quite small, simple tattoo of just a couple chinese symbols. Do I need to book an appointment for this, and how long would the process take? Also, how much is the cost? .. I am also under 19, but my guardians do consent to this; do one of them need to come along with me when I get it done? I am hoping to do this fairly soon, so please get back to me as soon as possible!
